Every year we do 4 Challenges. These Challenges are a way to add a layer of accountability outside the gym. 

Each challenge focuses around 4 key areas; 

  • Protein

  • Calories

  • Movement 

  • Water

We work with everyone 1:1 to achieve their goals.

 

With the challenge you get;

  • Access to our app 

  • Nutrition coaching

  • Workouts (home or in the gym)

  • Weekly 1:1 calls with your coach

  • Team calls every week

  • and much more! 

All our Challenges are 8 Weeks long and are additions to membership. This means they are completely online and can be done anywhere.
