Fit Forever is a personal small group training program for 60-70 year old’s that are having issues with; injuries, stamina, general strength, and flexibility.


This program is personalized to each individual that signs up.

As you age, new challenges and obstacles begin to emerge. 

Physical limitations start to add up, and motivation seems to dip with each passing day. 


What you get with this program

  • 1-on-1 starting point session 

  • 2-3 Personal Training sessions a week with a professional trainer 




Routine activities start to become more difficult, which makes you feel like your dreams and desires are even further out of reach.

But we believe your age should not determine your ability. 

We understand you’re in a season of life where your needs are different, which is why our award-winning small group fitness program is designed specifically for adults 55+ using our “Fit Forever Formula”.

how it works

We start off with a metabolic reading to help formulate a personalized nutrition program just for you!

Next we will schedule a movement screening to assess your starting point for your training sessions. Each individual will be assigned 2-3 personal training days with a certified and profession Be More Human Performance coach per week.

Steps to get started! 

 1. Give us a call or stop in to talk about membership and get signed up. 

2. Metabolic Test - This test will be performed at Be More Human Performance located in downtown Covington and will take less than a minute. 

3. Schedule you 1st session - Sessions run Monday - Friday at 9:00an, 10:00am, and 6:00pm. Your coach will layout you program and help find the best times and place for you to start.
